Why Rimor?

Rimor produces systems that dry plates and objects by means of the air force. we provide two product lines: air blades to dry glass and air flows to comfortably dry objects and plates after they have been washed.

The systems can be combined with heating systems.

The cooling room series is used to cool objects and plates either a stationary or as amoving platform as in the production line.

They are low acoustic-noise systems suitable for a safe and practical drying.

Drying Systems

Rimor produces systems for drying metal parts thanks to the air force.
There are two product lines: blades of air to dry glazing and air cannons to dry objects or plates.
The systems can be combined with heating systems.

Blade system and single blade

Rimor designs and manufactures air blades to obtain the results in terms of performance, noise reduction and air consumption.

Rimor carries out studies and projects in the technology of air knives, in the reduction of the noise level and air consumption.

The Blade system reduces the noise emission through adjustable noisereduction bulkheads installed on the outlets.

The Blade ensures an accuracy of + - 1 m / s allowing the flow to be distributed all over the entire surface.

The single Blade is a system of monobloc air blades with fans on board. They generate “air blades” suitable for drying or separating ambients acting as “air doors”.

ReMultiJet by Rimor

Swiveling cooling system for plates or parts, composed by ROTOCABE + a support and displacement system for the hoses.

The Multijet blower is an efficient drying system for plates and for both moving and static parts. It can be used for cooling. The combination with the rotocabe guarantees the lowest noise and efficiency <80 dB(A).

The system consists of a blower rotocabe generator, a series of connecting hoses to reduce the noise and ensure the flow efficiency, approximately 180 km / h.

It can be configured with a linear geometry for plates or adapted to more complex geometries.

Cooling Systems

The cooling room series is used to cool parts and plates both as a station and a production line.
It ensures low acoustic emissions and it cools in a proficient and safe way.
Is can be combined with low-noise fans at and hot-flow extraction systems.

ReBridge by Rimor

Rimor ReBridge is a low noise and high performance drying station, with Rotocabe.
ROTOCABE is a modern production system of soundproofed fans with UNI-certified performances (designed by Rimor and patented in Europe).
This new system avoids the use of bulky soundproofed cabins and silencers. The soundproof ventilation system Rotocabe is the solution to the problem of noise in ventilation systems.
