Why Rimor?

Re Hot Room Hi e Re Hot Room Low are the solutions realized with the Rimor products able to transform an insulated chamber in an effective and precise room reheating temperature, zones and controlled atmosphere.

They can be used anywhere need of a practical and economical solution to create sectionable temperature controlled rooms;

Designed to zones with recirculation values inside such as to avoid any stratification and to minimize the consumption of gas, steam, diathermic oil, electric, usable depending on the operating temperature values.

Re Hot Room Low - Low Temperature 250°

Directly generate hot air in the room thanks to the stirrer heater version that in addition to ensuring a circulation of air sufficient to ensure accuracy classes 10 or 5, are provided with a heating section directly on board, reducing the load losses of the system and increasing the effectiveness reheating
The push-pull system allows to define different modes of operation allowing to adapt the room to the various geometries and to the need of partitioning. you can also heat the small pieces with air shower without turning the whole room.
1500 parts per hour to ensure the uniformity of heating to achieve the highest quality in the minimum time as each part of the surface of the pieces to be heated is invested in a uniform way in the joined of time.
Room realized with special modular external structures and repeatedly removable in case of layout changes and modifiable in length, height and width, made with insulated panels without thermal bridges as the insulating material is hot bonded to the containment sheet.

Re Hot Room Hi - High Temperature 900°

The Rimor components transform a large room, in an effective heating chamber for stabilization of welds and of the manufactured articles of large dimensions in carpentry.
The heating rooms for stabilization are suitable to observe the carpentries that need to realize heat treatments on the artefacts in rooms of large dimensions.
In the rooms of large dimensions is predominant the stratification phenomenon avoidable only by increasing the amount of air moving inside the room
